1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to your use of getmellory.com and to any purchase of Mellory products. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Products
Mellory products are cosmetic personal care products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Apply only to closed, healed skin, never to open wounds. Results vary from person to person. Please follow the directions supplied with the product and ask your doctor if you have any doubt.

3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Payment is taken securely at checkout. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping
We ship to the United States. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery takes a further 5 to 12 business days. Orders ship from our overseas fulfillment partner. US shipping is free on every order. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on every product we sell, including items bought at a promotional price. Returns must be approved by our support team before you ship anything back, and return shipping is paid by the customer; we do not provide prepaid return labels. 6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mellory's liability for any claim arising from the use of, or inability to use, a product is limited to the purchase price paid for it.
